Passholders receive access to 14-day advanced booking, as well as passholder pricing on Winnetka Golf Club golf events.

Winnetka Park District residents receive 10% off listed pass pricing.  Residents must purchase passes in our Golf Shop to receive the discount.

• Adult Full 7-Day – $2,400
  • Valid Monday-Sunday
  • Valid on both the 18-hole and par-3 golf courses
• Adult Full 5-Day – $1,995
  • Valid Monday-Friday
  • Valid on both the 18-hole and par-3 golf courses
• Senior Full 5-Day – $1,500
  • Valid Monday-Friday
  • Valid on both the 18-hole and par-3 golf courses
• Junior Full 7-Day – $1,250
  • Valid Monday-Sunday
  • Valid on both the 18-hole and par-3 golf courses
• Adult Par-3 Only – 7-Day – $875
  • Valid Monday-Sunday
  • Valid only on the par-3 course.
• Adult Par-3 Only – 5-Day – $750
  • Valid Monday-Friday

• Junior Par-3 Only – 7-Day – $550

By purchasing a season pass, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Conditions and Additional Policies:
Please review the following information as it is your responsibility to understand all conditions of the 2025 season pass program.

1. I understand the in-season tee time reservation policy at Winnetka Golf Club is fourteen (14) days in advance for residents, and ten (10) days in advance for non-residents. I understand that passholder status does not include any additional benefits to booking, and I must book within the allotted window per resident status.
2. I understand that when booking a tee time over the phone I must identify myself as a season pass holder.
3. I have read and understand the tee time cancellation policy which is as follows:
   1. Tee times must be cancelled or adjusted no later than 24-hours prior to the tee time.
   2. If adjustment or cancellation is not made prior to 24-hours before the tee time, the pass holder may be held responsible for all applicable charges for the tee time, and will be automatically billed a “no show fee” for all players booked under the tee time.
4. I understand that I am limited to booking no more than three (3) tee times per day.
5. I understand that I must check in with the Golf Shop prior to each round.
6. I understand that if I book a tee time with less than four (4) players, I may be paired up with others.
7. I understand that the name(s) listed on this season pass are the only person(s) entitled to the benefits of the 2025 season pass. Season passes are non-transferrable, and a photo ID may be required when checking in for tee times.
8. I have reviewed and understand the dress code which is required at all times while on property, including practice areas, and consists of: shirt (men’s shirts must have sleeves, ladies shirts may be sleeveless if appropriate golf style), Bermuda style shorts or slacks, and shoes (metal or non-golf cleats are not allowed, no boots of any type are allowed). Apparel with offensive graphics or language s not allowed, and is at the sole discretion of course management.
9. I acknowledge that the management of Winnetka Golf Club may terminate this pass at any time due to improper conduct by the pass holder, which includes failure to abide by any of the previously listed policies. In the event of a season-ending medical condition/injury, a letter from a doctor is required to be eligible for any refund.  Refunds given will be pro-rated from April 1^st and based on a season through October 31^st.
10. I understand the benefits of this pass expire upon seasonal closing of the Golf Courses.
11. I acknowledge that this pass does not establish any property right or permanent entitlement of special benefits at Winnetka Golf Club.
12. I understand that tee times are subject to availability and the course may be closed or unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or outside events.
13. I understand that the Golf Courses will open and close for the season based on weather and turf conditions, and is at the sole discretion of golf course management.
14. I agree that I hereby hold Winnetka Golf Club and its owners/management free and harmless from any damage or claims of any nature that may arise from or through any use of any area of the golf course and/or its facilities.
15. I have read and am familiar with the terms of this agreement and hereby agree to said terms.
16. I understand that a valid debit/credit card must be provided as part of this application.  Card information will be held securely to guarantee tee times booked by pass holder.
